Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or by logging into your OKO account.

We want you to love your OKO eye patches. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused patches must be in their original, sealed packaging
- Opened boxes may be returned if fewer than 5 patches have been used (we understand you need to try them!)
How to Return
- Email us at hello@oko.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return shipping address and any necessary instructions
- Ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error
- If you received a defective product, contact us immediately and we will cover return shipping
Exchanges
Want to swap Deep Snooze for Light Snooze (or vice versa)? Contact us at hello@oko.com and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge.
